Return Policy
All of Laser Re-Nu's Cartridges come with our 90 Day guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of any product found to be defective under normal use and service. If a product is defective in any way, please call us at: (800) 878-9015 to speak with one of our Technical Support Representatives to verify the defect. Upon verification, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that will be valid for 30 days. All returns are subject to the following:

All products must be returned in original packaging.

Cartridge is subject to be pro-rated, depending on usage.

A sample sheet illustrating the problem MUST be returned with the cartridge.

Unopened merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Upon receiving your merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Payment Information
We accept checks in advance, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Wire Transfer or Certified Bank Check drawn against a U.S. Bank are acceptable on all international orders.

Delivery Times
We generally ship product within 2 business days from receipt of your order. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and usually take from 2-6 days to receive your order depending on your location.

Limited Warranty
Our Laser Re-Nu Toner Cartridge is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship until the Laser Re-Nu toner cartridge is depleted. The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your re-manufactured Laser Re-Nu toner cartridge. Any Laser Re-Nu toner cartridge found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship during the life of the cartridge, at Laser Re-Nu’s option, we will replace the products which prove to be defective, credit your account, or refund your purchase price. A sample print-out illustrating what the defective cartridge is printing must be returned with the cartridge.

Laser Re-Nu further warrants that the laser toner cartridge, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printer for which the cartridge was intended. Any claim that the use of a Laser Re-Nu toner cartridge resulted in printer damage must be verified with satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was directly responsible for any such damage or failure. Any such claim must include a written statement on the Service Company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized representative of the Service Company. Upon satisfactory verification by Laser Re-Nu we will provide reimbursement for the directly related service cost. This warranty does not cover cartridges, which have been re-manufactured by another company, are depleted, abused, misused or tampered with in any way. Laser Re-Nu’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement, credit or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist. This limited warranty is the sole warranty on your Laser Re-Nu toner cartridge and supersedes any other warranty relating to this product.
